Whether you own a single computer or are a world-wide corporation, you will be impressed with the thourough care we provide.
Our technicians are trained and experienced in computer technology. We have certificates of training from Microsoft, Novell, Wyse and AST just to name a few.
Networks:
We can come out to your site and spend an introductory hour at no charge inspecting your computer systems and familiarizing ourselves with your configuration. We inspect everything. The cables connecting the computers, the capacity of the hard disks, the protocols used by the computers, the security of the nework from hackers & viruses and that your operating systems are up-to-date with the latest fixes and patches. We can fix the problems that we find at that time, or we can schedule a convenient time to return.
Stand-alone computers:
Just because your computer isn't on a network doesn't mean that it's less important. As above, we can come to your location and spend an introductory hour at no charge inspecting your computer systems and familiarizing ourselves with your configuration. We can ensure that the necessary drivers are up-to-date and that your computer is not bogging itself down with unneccesary applications.
Contracts:
We have several billing options to choose
- Time & Materials: A straightforward "as required" billing approach.
- Pre-paid Labor: We provide a discounted labor rate when you purchase 10 or more hours of time in advance.
- Systems Maintenance: We bill you at a flat monthly rate which covers parts and labor for your computer systems.
