Jonathan Howell, founder, technician
Jonathan has been working with computer systems since the early '70's. This was in the days that your new computer was a set of blank circuit boards and an instruction manual on what components to buy and where to solder them. He has been employed by several companies as a technical support specialist before he decided to branch out and support these people directly. Jonathan is a Netware CNE.

Carol Goodman, office manager, help desk
Carol's friendly voice on the phone is a direct product of our phone company. She had worked for them for several years before joining the Technical Wizardry team. She is the first voice you'll hear & the last person you'll need to help you out.

Kevin Hughes, technician
Kevin has an extensive background in maintaining computer systems for firms of all sizes. His working knowledge of Microsoft systems is invaluable when taking care of our customer's needs quickly and efficiently. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
